This week the focus will be on cleansing out bodies through detoxing. Constant exposure to toxins in our environment (pesticides, chemicals, preservatives, and environmental)
Detoxing is a way to clean your bodies of toxins and to flush the liver, colon and kidneys.
Detoxing has the following benefits:
- Removes toxins from the body
- weight loss
- slows down premature aging
- increase energy level
- removes toxins from the body
- increases the function of the immune systemic function
- Give mental clarity
