United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Eastern Connecticut was founded in 1947 by a dedicated group of local who were committed to develop supports and programs for their children with cerebral palsy. These parents brought awareness of the supports and services needed and hope for a better future with individuals with disabilities. Today we serve people with ALL disabilities through a wide range of supports.The services and programs continue to change and evolve to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities.
